Job Summary:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic and inventive Video Editor with a flair for creating viral social media reels. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a talented novice in the video editing world, we’re interested in what you can bring to our team. This role focuses on cutting, crafting, and delivering videos that captivate and engage audiences across various platforms. You’ll work closely with our imaginative crew to transform raw visions into compelling visual narratives. Don’t worry if you’re not a seasoned veteran; we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed and unleash your potential. Additionally, fluency in Italian is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and Produce Captivating Content: Transform raw footage into sleek, engaging videos. Ensure each piece flows smoothly, maintains visual consistency, and keeps viewers hooked.
• Collaborate Creatively: Work hand-in-glove with the creative team to grasp the essence of each project. Your editing skills should tell a story that aligns with our vision and goals.
• Master the Art of Editing: Skillfully trim clips, sequence scenes, and blend everything into a cohesive whole. Your final product should not just tell a story but tell it well.
• Add the Final Touches: Integrate music, sound effects, and dynamic graphics to elevate the video experience. Utilize color correction and other post-production methods to enhance video quality.
• Optimize Across Platforms: Ensure videos are not just created but are platform-ready, meeting technical standards and optimized for viewing on multiple channels.
• Organize and Manage: Keep a tight ship by managing video files and maintaining a well-organized digital asset library.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your pulse on the latest trends and best practices within the video editing landscape, ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

• Open to Learning: While proven experience is valuable, especially in crafting social media content that resonates, we welcome those new to the field. Comprehensive training will be provided to hone your skills and knowledge.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Final Cut Pro is essential, and knowledge of CapCut and Premiere is an advantage. A willingness to learn and adapt to new editing software and techniques is crucial.
• Creative Suite Familiarity: A background in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and After Effects, will serve you well.
• Aesthetic Insight: A good eye for photography and composition will set your application apart, though it’s not mandatory.
• Meticulous and Agile: Precision is non-negotiable, as is the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Communication and Collaboration: Your ability to articulate ideas and collaborate seamlessly with team members is critical to bringing our collective vision to life.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Italian is a plus.

Salary: £160.00-£250.00 per day
