Position Available:
We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Full-Time Image Artist/Videographer and Editor. This position is integral to our team, contributing to the creation, editing, and delivery of our client and studio videos, as well as the meticulous retouching and delivery of our images.

Responsibilities:

Video:

• Setup and teardown of equipment for video shoots
• Direct client interactions to understand their unique stories
• Clear communication with clients and team members
• Editing of various video formats, including promos, documentaries, and commercials
• Pre-production tasks such as storyboarding and contract management
• Creative storytelling through visual mediums
• Proficient in post-production workflows
• Marketing support for video production services
• Professional handling of challenging subjects and equipment

Imaging:

• Adobe Lightroom adjustments for image enhancement
• Prepping orders for retouching, including exposure and color adjustments
• Managing the delivery process to clients through online galleries
• Downloading and applying final touches to retouched images using Adobe Photoshop
• Client communication regarding order status
• Training provided for required tasks

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in video post-production and media formats
• Previous experience in pre-production planning and on-set work
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects
• Knowledge of color grading techniques
• Strong storytelling abilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Motion graphics skills are a plus
• Colorado residency required; ability to commute to the studio
• Occasional travel may be necessary for out-of-state/country projects
• Deadline-driven with excellent multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills and receptive to feedback

Duration:
This position is available from the present time through December, with the potential for a long-term position based on performance.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
