Job overview:
Produce visual solutions to meet the communication needs of the stakeholders, by using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness based on concepts provided by the senior creative staff, branding guidelines, and various stakeholders. This role will be part of the IQVIA Brand & Creative Studio, a global team with various members located in the USA, India and Argentina.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Field related to art or graphic design
2/ 3 years experience as a graphic designer required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Digital portfolio required at time of application
Fluent English speaker – bilingual or professional proficiency

Job responsibilities:

Exceptional visualization skills, creative and out of the box thinking, a self-starter
Ability to transform ideas and thoughts to design patterns
Great understanding on brand guidelines and corporate identity
Proficiency in design software’s: Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, After effects) and presentations (PowerPoint knowledge)
Editing and enhancement of videos and audios
Excellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skills
Ability to understand the business requirements, project co-ordination, interacting with onshore stake holders, actively participating in knowledge sharing sessions
Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats
Strong project management skills to meet aggressive deadlines
Managing the workflow and coordinating with the in-house and the onshore stakeholders
Providing innovative design/creative solutions to solve complex business problems and manage stakeholders/clients with support from team and other CoEs
Drive efficiency through process reengineering
Constant focus on continuous improvement
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
