We are seeking to hire an experienced Graphic Designer / Video Editor to create digital and print advertising, as well as short-form video projects to enhance marketing initiatives across multiple platforms for our organization. A portfolio demonstrating your knowledge of visual design principals; graphic design and layout, typography, color, and branding is required as well as proven examples of video editing skills.

Responsibilities – Graphic Designer / Video Editor:
- Work closely with the Marketing Director, dealership marketing team, and leadership to support the marketing and communications initiatives and execute digital, print, and video projects.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for in-store display, web, social media, and other digital platforms that are on-brand, reinforce our reputation, and are appropriate for our target audiences.
- Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business needs.
- Create designs and other visuals with quality font selection, imagery, colors, and layout.
- Maintain and update campaigns and graphics in asset management system.
- Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote our brands through a variety of online platforms.
- Organize complex source materials into coherent multimedia pieces.
- Takes the lead on video projects from concept to delivery (planning shoots, organizing schedules, coordinating talent, and editing final projects).
- Provide creative support, update files, create and manage timelines and more.
- Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and maintain consistent high-quality creativity.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications – Graphic Designer / Video Editor:
Graphic design and video editing experience / skills are required.- Strong creative design skills and knowledge of visual design principles.
- BFA or BA in graphic design, advertising, or related field, or certificate from accredited portfolio school preferred
- A portfolio demonstrating knowledge of video editing and graphic design; including layout, typography, color, and branding is required.
- Agency or related design experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut and other relevant video editing software.
- Animation knowledge is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio and video format.
- Experience working in the motorcycle industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
