Video Editor – PART TIME (16HRS) PER WK

We are seeking a part time creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our social media projects with a focus on short-form video editing for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok. This role involves transforming recorded content into engaging short videos using tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing software. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the digital marketing field, with the potential for advancement to a permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and create short form videos for social media platforms including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video content ideas.
• Utilise tools such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing software to enhance and refine video content.
• Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent aesthetic.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in short-form video editing and social media marketing.
• Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with video editing software such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
