Technology Requirements

• Final Cut Pro
• Computer capable of running it well

Podcast Editing

• Each week I will film 1-2 approximately one hour long podcasts (currently I use for this).
• You will take that recording and use Riverside to edit out the spaces and the bad parts. This is mostly done by AI in the Riverside platform, but needs some manual help.
• That podcast will go two places:
• Into a transcriber (currently we use ) See Transcriptions section.
• Into . See Opus Clips section.
• The Edited podcast will be uploaded to Youtube as a video podcast, then the audio will be uploaded to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and possibly others using our uploading guidelines. (AI will make our titles and descriptions mostly *See Transcriptions section)

Opus Clips

• The podcast will go through Opus Clips where the top 3-5 clips will be chosen by you (with our final approval).
• They will then be scheduled using to all Social Media platforms using our Uploading guidelines. The primary goal of these is to drive traffic to the corresponding Youtube podcast.

Transcriptions

• The transcriptions will get turned into Show Notes with timestamps using the AI which you will use to post with the podcast.
• The transcription will go through a ChatGPT bot that will turn it into a blog in our format. You will post this onto our website using our uploading guidelines.
• You will then work with our team to turn the blog into a script for a 10-20 Minute Youtube video and 3-4 Youtube Shorts.

Social Media (Youtube Shorts)

• We will film the shorts in the format specified on the script. You will then take the raw footage and make the vertical shorts using our template. (We are open to creative liberties).
• You will then post these shorts by scheduling them in Social Pilot. The primary goal of the shorts is to drive traffic to the corresponding long-form Youtube video.

Youtube Video (Long Form)

• We will film the video in the format specified on the script. You will then take the raw footage and make a long-form video using our template. (We are open to creative liberties).
• These will typically require more back and forth as we want these to be top notch.
• The goal of these videos will be to drive traffic to our website and into various lead funnels.

Graphic Design

• You will make Thumbnails for Youtube Videos. These will be discussed and planned out.
• You will make Blog Thumbnails (these are done by AI mostly).
• You will make thumbnails for Podcast posts. These have a template.

Other

• We have a goal to film multiple short ad videos per month.
• We will need to update the videos on the website from time to time.
• Processing (similar to the process above) our construction scope of work videos. I’m still working on the template for these, but I intend to have one video completed per week. These will have a format, but be less scripted.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
