PODCAST CREATIVE VIDEO EDITOR

We are currently seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor specialized in Podcast Reels, you will be responsible for crafting captivating short clips from our podcasts, effectively highlighting key moments and creating teaser trailers for social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit podcast episodes to create short, engaging reels or trailers for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Understand the content and context of each podcast episode to select the most compelling segments for the reels.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure the reels align with the overall messaging and branding of Marriage/Family and Realtors in the real estate industry.
• Work efficiently and meet deadlines for each video task.
• Maintain clear communication with the team regarding project status, feedback, and any potential issues.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and visual storytelling techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with content creators.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
• Prior experience in editing podcasts or creating social media content is a plus.
• A passion for home improvement, lifestyle, and design topics is highly desirable.

Job Type: Commission

Pay: $200.00 – $400.00 per month
