About Us:

Bethel Covenant Assembly of God is a vibrant and community-focused congregation that seeks to inspire, engage, and transform lives through the message of faith. We are currently looking for a Creative Director and Video Editor to lead our creative team and elevate our digital and in-person experiences.

Role Overview:

As the Creative Director and Video Editor, you will be at the heart of our storytelling, using your skills to craft compelling narratives that connect with our community and beyond. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on video production, requiring a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a passion for sharing faith-based messages.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage the creative team, setting the vision for all digital and physical media productions.

– Develop, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms, including Sunday services, social media, and special events.

– Collaborate with ministry leaders to create engaging content that supports our church’s missions and values.

– Oversee the branding and creative direction of the church, ensuring consistency across all mediums.

– Manage projects from concept through to completion, including budgeting and timelines.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production and digital media to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a Creative Director, Video Editor, or similar role, preferably within a faith-based organization.

– Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and creative direction skills.

– Proficiency with editing high converting long and short form videos, optimized for Instagram and TikTok

– Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).

– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

– A passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the Christian faith. – Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field is preferred.
