Job Description: Social Media Content Creator – Plastic Surgery Office

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Social Media Content Creator to join our plastic surgery office’s dynamic marketing team. As the Social Media Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our social media content strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our target audience, and promote our services and expertise. Your creative vision and digital skills will be essential in showcasing the transformative work we do and building meaningful connections with our followers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand identity and business goals.
• Create engaging, original, and high-quality visual and written content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, plastic surgeons, and other relevant stakeholders to understand the latest treatments, procedures, and industry trends to accurately represent our services.
• Craft compelling and informative captions, hashtags, and accompanying text to accompany visual content.
• Produce and edit multimedia content, including photos, videos, graphics, and animations, to effectively convey our messages and showcase our before-and-after results.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery to maximize audience engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions across social media platforms in a professional and engaging manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for reaching and connecting with our target audience.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Assist in developing partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brand ambassadors, and relevant organizations to expand our online reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various platforms.
• Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, and video editing software.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and error-free captions, headlines, and social media copy.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for design, with the ability to create visually appealing content that aligns with our brand.
• Understanding of plastic surgery, beauty, and wellness industry trends is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging social media trends.
