-Product Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of our beauty products, ensuring that they are visually appealing and showcase their features and benefits effectively, and also aligned with key visual direction -Creative Direction: Contribute to the creative direction of photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring alignment with our brand’s aesthetics and values. -Editing: Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards and enhance their overall quality. -Studio Setup: Manage and maintain the photography and videography equipment, studio lighting, and props. -Location/Event Shoots: Organize and execute on-location photo shoots when required, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-coordinated. -Collaboration: Work closely with models, makeup artists, and stylists to ensure the best results for each project. -Content Library: Organize and manage the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to photos and videos for various teams including marketing, sales, etc. -Willing to support weekend marketing campaigns when necessary. -Any tasks or projects as assigned by the superiors/Company. Job Requirements: -Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing beauty and product-focused work. -Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and editing software. -Creative and artistic eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. -Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques in beauty photography and videography. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. -A passion for beauty and skincare products is a plus. 2) Video Editor Job Responsibilities: -Able to make creative and unique videos to share across our platform. -Take the lead in independently video planning and editing a diverse range of videos, from captivating promotional content to informative product demonstrations and engaging creative content for social media that are aligned with the company brand and marketing strategy. -Able to manage projects from conceptualization to final video production, overseeing the entire process. -Work closely with our dynamic marketing team, understanding project requirements and objectives to create videos that not only meet but exceed expectations. -Optimize videos for TikTok, staying at the forefront of the latest trends and algorithms.  -Craft TikTok-style videos that ride the wave of modern trends, ensuring our content stands out on social media platforms. -Able to recommend improvements to increase performance and tell a compelling story that resonates with our audience. -Infuse visual effects, graphics, and other creative elements into your videos, creating eye-catching and trend-setting content. -Good in Asset Management.
