Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic/Image Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print mediums. The Graphic/Image Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring the visual identity aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and Design:

Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a range of projects, including but not limited to digital marketing materials, social media graphics, website assets, and print collateral.

Create visually compelling and on-brand designs that effectively communicate the intended message.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and goals.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and iterate on design concepts.

Multimedia Production:

Edit and enhance photographs, illustrations, and other visual elements.

Create multimedia content, such as animations and video graphics, to enhance user engagement.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and mediums.

Uphold and evolve brand guidelines, contributing to the establishment of a strong visual identity.

Software Proficiency:

Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and software to maintain a high level of expertise.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

Communication:

Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to team members.

Be receptive to feedback and iterate on designs based on constructive criticism.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic/Image Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Experience with multimedia production and editing tools is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month
