Primary Function

TeamPeople is looking for a Motion Graphic Artist with 2D and 3D skills. This is a full-time position with a minimum of 3 days of onsite work.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend client meetings to discuss concepts, imagery and filming logistics

• Create broadcast-quality video products.

• Receive story board, creative brief, script and outline of footage and/shot list, transcript of interviews, collect materials and create video projects to meet creative and overall objectives for clients’ projects.

• Make creative decisions based on written scripts or input from client

• Perform creative editorial functions including weaving elements of the message together for effective storytelling, interface with client and work closely with client to ensure their needs are met. Offer creative solutions. Ensure visual and thematic continuity throughout the production process

• Actively participate in conversations with internal and external partners in production meetings and event planning to provide visually dynamic and engaging solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in the full Adobe suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere, is vital. These tools are essential for creating high-quality motion graphics in both 2D and 3D.

• Avid Knowledge (Preferred): While not essential, familiarity with Avid software would be advantageous. Basic to intermediate-level Avid skills would be considered a bonus.

• Video Expertise: An in-depth understanding of various video formats, codecs, and compression methods is crucial to ensure the delivery of top-notch video content in both 2D and 3D.

• Live Streaming Production Knowledge: Understanding of live streaming production software, including OBS and Teams, is suggested for integrating graphics and enhancing live broadcasts.

• Microsoft Office Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word and PowerPoint is beneficial for supplementary tasks and presentations.

• Able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with clients

• Capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Performs well independently or as a supporting team member

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience

• Artistic Background

• A Bachelor of Fine Arts is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

• Must have a demo reel that includes 2D and 3D work
