Job Description: We are in search of a highly creative and experienced Video Editing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional video editing skills, demonstrating the ability to create impactful visual content that drives product sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the editing and production of high-quality videos that meet company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Use advanced video editing software to create visually appealing and persuasive content.
  • Propose creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance the quality and impact of videos.
  • Optimize content for various platforms and specific target audiences.
  • Ability to create graphics and artwork for video editing.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Video Editor, preferably in marketing or sales environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software. (Adobe Premier, After Effect or Final Cut)
  • Exceptional creative skills and the ability to translate concepts into visually impactful videos.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, facilitating clear and effective interactions with team members.
  • Organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain orderly records.
  • Must have a professional camera to provide good quality videos.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the automotive or marine audio industry.
  • Spanish Language

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Contract: Employment through a W-2 contract.
Vacation/PTO: 5 days after the first year, increasing to 10 days from the second year onward.
Health Insurance: The company covers 75% of the health insurance plan after the trial period.
Expected hours: 40 per week
