In House Video Editor & Graphics Designer

Innovative Metrics is seeking a talented, innovative, creative and proactive individual to serve as an In-House Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to create engaging assets including images and video for a variety of paid media channels. We are a performance marketing agency with a variety of in house brands. We buy media across all paid channels including social, video, and more. This is a full-time position for a dynamic team member who has a strong work ethic to excel in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working directly with our Internal Media buying team and our external vendors to deliver assets in a timely and efficient manner.

Required:

• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to switch focus between multiple projects
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organization skills
• Avid follower of trends and innovations in technology, design, and advertising
• Familiarity with design software and technologies
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Figma, Adobe Suite, etc preferred
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with social media including Meta and TikTok preferred
• Experience in using AI tools and automation software
