Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, primarily operating on Central European Time (CET)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This Video Editor Role (long-form) is a crucial role for for Selfmastered, as it will have the responsibility of creating engaging and visually compelling content for our YouTube Channel. We are looking for a truly dynamic individual who can elevate our YouTube channel to the next level and help solidify Selfmastered’s position as the go-to reference for peak performance training for entrepreneurs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit, arrange, and fine-tune raw footage (around 60 mins/week) to create compelling YouTube videos, while managing supplementary footage (B-roll) and integrating music for added impact.
• Ensure a cohesive and visually appealing narrative in line with the brand’s style.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to brainstorm and implement creative ideas.
• Maintain an organized library of raw footage and project files for future reference.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience as a Video Editor, proficiency in video editing software and tools are required (a portfolio showcasing previous work is a must).
• In-depth knowledge of video editing specifically tailored for YouTube.
• Understanding the concept of elite performance and entrepreneurship.
• Excellent command of English.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to video projects.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality videos.
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality.
