Onward Search needs a Social Video Editor for a large eCommerce company. This is a 12-month W2 contract that has potential of extending. Candidates should be local to Brooklyn, NY as this is a hybrid role that will require 1-2 days per week in the office.

As a Social Video Editor You’ll

Produce video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube

Edit multiple video formats, including scripted and unscripted content from raw footage to final product

Keep up with the latest video content trends to ensure the company performs well across all platforms

Maintain the company’s brand integrity and ensure videos are inspiring to consumers Skills & Experience needed:

More than 2 years of experience editing social media videos for a large brand or publisher

Have a portfolio showcasing short-form social media video editing experience

Strong understanding of the social video landscape and social trends, as well as awareness of the ways social video content comes to life and how it’s different from traditional video formats
