Film Production Assistant (Mandarin required)

职位描述：

1、行业研究: 参与对电影行业发展研。详细分析行业的政策法规、梳理产业链、发展趋势、行业壁垒、核心驱动力、行业重点竞争公司、资本运作情况、市场地位等方面

2、案例分析:熟悉了解过往公司电影项目作品的相关细节，根据公司发布的电影，进行市场分析、电影亮点分析、小组讨论及专业知识学习与巩固，并根据合规展业原则对公司电影项目进行策划推广、开发潜在客户、促成客户合作。

3、后期维护:情绪稳定，积极维护客户关系并管理售后工作;定期回访，拉近客户关系并进一步进行客户需求分析和挖掘，沟通能力强

4、活动策划:配合部门管理层工作安排，参与传播文案撰写，包括电影项目介绍、创意素材文案、品牌合作方案电影路演现场执行工作等等;

职位要求：

1、本科或以上学历;优秀全日制专/本科 (影视及传媒公关处理、市场营销、) 等专业优先考虑

2、担任过学校学生会、校团委毕业生优先考虑

Job Description:

1. Industry research: Participate in research on the development of the film industry. Analyze the policies and regulations of the industry in detail, sort out the industrial chain, development trend, industry barriers, core driving forces, key competitive companies in the industry, capital operation, market position, etc

2. Case analysis: familiar with the relevant details of the company’s previous film projects, conducted market analysis, film highlight analysis, group discussion and professional knowledge learning and consolidation according to the films released by the company, and planned and promoted the company’s film projects, developed potential customers and promoted customer cooperation according to the principles of compliance exhibition.

3, post-maintenance: emotional stability, actively maintain customer relations and manage after-sales work; Regular return visits, closer customer relationship and further customer demand analysis and mining, strong communication skills

4. Event planning: cooperated with the department management to arrange work, and participated in the writing of communication documents, including the introduction of film projects, the writing of creative materials, and the on-site execution of film roadshows for brand cooperation programs;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; Outstanding full-time professional/undergraduate degree (film and media PR processing, marketing, etc.) is preferred

2. Graduates who have served as students’ union and Youth League Committee of the school are preferred

4, cheerful and talkative, active and creative thinking, logical, strong desire to make money
