Youth Sports Videographer / Camera Operator

GridIron Productions is currently scheduling to film 8-Man Youth Spring Football on Saturdays with several locations throughout the state of Florida including Orlando, Jacksonville, Okeechobee, Saint Cloud, Dover, Palm Bay, and Bradenton areas with training starting in early February.

Season Starts on Feb. 24th, 2024 and runs through April 13th, 2024 (8 weeks).

We are hiring a few awesome people to help video these weekly games.

If you are good behind the camera and great in front of people then this is the perfect gig!

Salary: Pay is between $15 to $25 per Game depending upon experience. (Games are allotted 1 hour with 8 games per game day)

Job Type: Pay is weekly and we also offer a Paid Internship Program for those attending Colleges(UCF, Valencia, Full Sail, etc.).

Plan to arrive at 7am to help set up and start filming at 8am.

Up to 8(eight) games will be played weekly on Saturdays.

Job Description: You will capture all the action happening on the GridIron performed by the various 8-Man Youth Football Teams at 1 of several locations located throughout Florida.

We do our best to schedule our operators to work the fields that are closest to their home to reduce travel though there are times that it can not be helped.

Skills & Equipment Required:

– Hi-Pod and Camera WILL be provided

– Great communication skills

– Basic knowledge of HD Camera Operations including slow zoom features and panning

– Ability to follow instructions

– Work independently and efficiently

– Thrive in a fast-paced, results driven, and dynamic work environment

– Confidence in working directly with athletes, coaches & parents

To be considered for this position, you must:

– Have Extensive Knowledge of American Football(Not Soccer)

– Have Energetic, Positive, Can Do Attitude

– Have Reliable Transportation

– Possess a valid US Drivers License

– Be 21+ years of age

– Have recent references available

To be considered for this position, you must NOT:

– Have a Criminal Background Record Involving Children

– Have ANY Domestic OR Criminal Records pertaining to MINORS – NONE!
