The Role:
Bally’s Corporation has two rapidly growing sports content brands, Stadium and Bally Live. Stadium is an interactive sports network (OTT, Digital, Mobile) with a unique mix of high-end produced linear sports content and full fan interactivity via chat, games, rewards, and more. Bally Live (Digital, Mobile) is a destination to watch live sports like MiLB, Poker, PFL, and more with the same interactivity focus as Stadium. Both brands share a rewards program and user authentication.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer/Video Editor for the brand and marketing team. This role will be responsible for designs and promotional videos for marketing campaigns, promotional content, sales, and other marketing related initiatives. This role calls for a highly collaborative team member with a creative mindset, sophisticated design abilities, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong design sensibility with the ability to develop a range of deliverables, including marketing campaigns, proposal and presentation design, brand identity components, print collateral, infographics, videos, email and digital communication.
- Build and create compelling presentation deck templates for internal and external meetings, with a heavy emphasis on brand and data storytelling.
- Maintain all brand assets to achieve consistent brand expression across all channels such as web, email and social.
- Assist on digital campaigns and design optimal performance.
- Select and manipulate imagery and video for marketing collateral.
- Develop creative ideas and narratives that support the marketing plan.
- Create compelling social media templates including ads, reels, stills and gifs.
- Conceptualize, plan and create a wide range of video content, including marketing campaigns, informational videos, sizzle reels, show highlight reels, etc.
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment, ensuring optimal lighting, audio and framing.
- Edit and post-produce video content, including but not limited to, adding graphics, animations, music and subtitles as necessary.
- Manage video files, organize archives and ensure all assets are easily accessible for future use.
- Manages briefs, project tracking, and reviews of materials.
- Collaborates with internal groups on Audience and Sales team to align on brand consistency and needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of experience in design and video production
- Highly proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proven experience as a videographer, including shooting and editing video content
- A strong portfolio showcasing your videography, editing and graphic design skills across both print and digital
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro; After Effects a plus
- Competent with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment
- A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Target Salary Range:
- $70,000- $90,000 Annual Salary
