The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the entire video production process, from conceptualization and storyboarding to post-production and final delivery. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to execute video projects with a high level of quality and precision while working under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

– Edit raw footage and assemble video content according to project requirements
– Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
– Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the video’s quality
– Collaborate with the creative team to ensure a cohesive and engaging final product
– Use video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Avid, or other industry-standard tools
– Incorporate 3D animation and visual effects when necessary
– Ensure all video projects are delivered on time and meet the client’s specifications
– Manage and organize video files using content management systems and FTP

Requirements:

– Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role
– Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro, Avid, or similar tools
– Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including color grading, audio mixing, and typography
– Knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus
– Familiarity with content management systems and FTP for file organization and sharing
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
– Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team
– A portfolio of previous video editing projects showcasing your skills in different styles and genres is highly desirable
