As a Video Editor at D-ID, your role is pivotal in shaping how our audience engages with our brand. You will use your creative expertise and understanding of AI tools to produce video content for a variety of purposes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Versatile Video Production for Multiple Verticals: Create engaging video content tailored for various platforms, including:
• Social Media: Crafting content that resonates on various social platforms.
• Advertising: Producing short-form videos for online and offline advertising campaigns.
• Presentations: Developing visual content for internal and external presentations.
• Website: Creating videos that enhance the user experience on our website.
• Newsletters: Producing informative content for digital newsletters.
• Product Platforms: Producing on-platform videos that showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Partnerships & POCs: Creating tailored content for partner collaborations and proof of concept demonstrations.
• AI-Enhanced Video Production: Employ D-ID’s platform and other AI tools for generating unique video content, leveraging skills in prompt engineering.
• Scriptwriting Excellence: Craft engaging scripts for each video type, requiring fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• External Agency Collaboration: Work alongside external partners to align production efforts with our brand’s standards.
• Feedback-Driven Refinement: Incorporate stakeholder feedback to enhance the quality and impact of video content.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in video editing and production, evidenced by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in generative AI tools for video creation, including prompt engineering experience.
• Skilled in scriptwriting with fluency in English and additional language proficiency.
• Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects).
• Experience coordinating with external agencies and adapting to collaborative processes.
• Creative flair, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for innovative storytelling.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends in AI and video production.
