Video Editor

Our agency is looking for a video/podcast editor who has a true understanding of the social media/podcast world.

We aren’t looking for traditional videography.

We are looking for scroll-stopping, Gary Vee style content creation from long-form videos.

You must know the basics of YouTube, Instagram reels, YT shorts, and TikTok and be able to create attention-getting videos and audio episodes.

Key skills include:

• Being able to pull the best moments of long-form content to cut into short-form pieces
• Editing long-form videos in a style that will increase view time on YouTube
• Create high interest videos for ads
• Leverage B-roll and speaking content to create speaker reels for clients
• Basic SEO writing for YouTube/podcast descriptions
• Podcast audio editing
• Quick turn-around time (1-2 days)
• Work with a team to ensure brand continuity for clients

This role will start out as part-time/hourly and if all goes well, expand into a full-time role by Q2.

You must send over a portfolio of long form and short form content to be considered.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
