Video Editor

Christ Community Church is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality videos to be used in our church services, events, and online platforms. You will work closely with our media team and pastors to bring ideas to life and create compelling visual content that communicates our message effectively.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for church services and events
• Create engaging and visually appealing videos that convey our message effectively
• Collaborate with the media team and pastors to develop creative concepts and ideas
• Manage video projects from start to finish, including filming, editing, and post-production
• Ensure all video content follows our brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in video editing techniques
• Archive and organize video footage and assets

Requirements

• Proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Davinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of video production techniques and principles
• Experience in filming and operating video cameras
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
• Knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
