Job Description: We are in search of a vibrant and creative Part-Time Reels Actress/Model to join our team, specializing in creating engaging and viral content for our social media platforms. In this role, you will be the on-screen personality, presenting captivating reels targeting California real estate agents on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess a camera-friendly presence, demonstrate confidence in front of the camera, and preferably have an American accent. The ability to work part-time during flexible office hours is a key requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of our reels, creating engaging, entertaining, and informative short-form videos addressing California real estate agents.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with the company’s messaging and brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the content creation team to integrate reels into broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of social media trends and incorporate them into on-screen content.
- Shoot reels that optimize for maximum reach and engagement across various platforms.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and provide input on adjusting the content strategy.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English with an American accent, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a camera-friendly appearance suitable for shooting reels.
- Previous experience as an actress or model creating short-form video content for social media.
- Familiarity with the California real estate industry and market trends.
- Ability to work part-time, either from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm or 7:00 pm to 12:00 am, in our office.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring unique and attention-grabbing ideas to life.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Results-driven, with a focus on creating content that resonates with our target audience.
Note: This is a part-time position with a monthly salary ranging from 9K to 11K.
