ROLE SUMMARY

The Video Editor will be responsible for telling stories through video that will show primarily during the weekend services at Grow Church under the direction of the Creative Director. They will also lead and assist in shoots and edit videos for conferences/special services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Create video content for Sunday morning service experience & other departments
Ability to film and capture compelling story elements on video
Manage multiple video projects and timelines from start to finish
Knowledgeable in all areas of video production such as pre-production, lighting, gear, etc.
Oversee the video gear that goes out on shoots. Maintain quality of video equipment
Basic motion graphics knoweledge
Must be aware of the ever-changing world of video production. Pays attention to the video work of leading churches and creative agencies
Manage projects, organize tasks, and prioritize workload
Train & work with volunteers and freelancers if necessary
Available to film after standard work hours occasionally
Maintain clean organization of work files on workstation and media server
Communicate other team members throughout the production process
Attend and contribute to weekly creative meetings
Regulary evaluate systems and initiate improvements

Capture footage

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Adobe Premiere, Photoshop
Adobe After Effects is a plus
Camera, Production experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $47,000.00 per year

Experience:

Final Cut Pro: 1 year (Preferred)
Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Preferred)
