Seeking a Collaborative Attorney for our Business and Legal Affairs Team

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on various matters related to filmmaking and production
• Review and negotiate contracts, including talent agreements, licensing agreements, and distribution agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Monitor and advise on legal developments in the entertainment industry
• Handle any legal disputes or issues that may arise during production

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction
• Strong understanding of entertainment law and industry practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
