MindTrap Escape Room is hiring Game Masters/Actors!

MindTrap Escape Room is a real-life room escape game featuring exciting adventures, based in Temecula and Murrieta, CA. In our games, each group is enclosed in a room and has 30-75 minutes to complete the objective by solving puzzles, finding clues and codes; using strategy, creativity and logic. Game Masters are the key to our customers having excellent, memorable experiences; so superb customer service skills are essential. Interest in games is a plus, as you will be interacting with some of the city’s most immersive escape games. Ability to work weekends and evenings is required.

Your Responsibilities:

– Acting and Voice Acting

– Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service

– Setting up the game for each new game session

– Answering customer questions

– Guiding the customer to finish the game and giving clues as necessary

– Taking group photos

– Managing social media content

– Answering phone calls, scheduling reservations and taking payments.

– Replying to emails

– Maintaining and cleaning the store

Qualification:

– Theater, technical crew or acting experience is a plus

– Being outgoing, courteous, and engaging, with all of our participants.

– Strong sense of responsibility

– Passion for games and puzzles

– Problem solving skills

– Attention to detail

– Reliable transportation

– Customer service working experience is a plus

– Authorized worker in the US

– High school diploma or equivalent
