Role Player Managers

• Description: The Role Player Manager acts as the overall trip leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role requires coordination and leadership in planning, executing, and debriefing training exercises while ensuring the safety and effectiveness of role players.
• Qualifications:Documented post-9/11 overseas combat experience. Recent experience participating in multiple exercises supporting the Department of Defense (DOD).Understanding of proper RP utilization, associated risks, safety considerations, and contingencies related to training operations
