We’re seeking a hella talented filmmaker/storyteller to join our growing family. We are far from a production factory; rather we lean toward being more of a creative playground partnering with brands that make a difference. If you crave story, have expert production skills, and a passion for pushing boundaries within film, this is the place for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· In short, everything. We’re not a huge production company where your sole job is grasping a reflector.
· Work hand in hand with our team to ascertain a partner’s core needs and weave together a kick ass result driven comprehensive strategy.
· Storyboard, script, conceptualize, plan, repeat.
· Be a key player in all facets of the production itself.
· Post production. This is where the magic happens.
· Learn new things every day. We don’t want to get stale.

Must-Haves:

· Strong familiarity with operating professional camera packages (FX6, FX3, A7 series are some of our favorites.)
· Experience shooting “run & gun” type videos.
· Lightning fast on Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
· Strong editorial and cinematic storytelling skills.
· Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
· Strong desire to learn new skills and continue career growth.
· Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
· Flexibility to provide a level of participation outside of regular office hours, including occasional travel.

Nice-To-Haves:

· Knowledge and/or passion for social media, digital trends, and shareable content.
· Strong still photography and Lightroom skills.
· Familiarity with advanced color grading concepts within DaVinci Resolve.
· Some Illustrator Skills.
· A full driving license and access to your own car.
