Job Summary We are seeking creative Video Editors to join our founding team who are skillful, creative, and can turn complex ideas into highly engaging and shareable content, through their sense of pacing, design, typography, etc. We are a design-centric start-up that aims to upscale our brand’s and clients’ visual identity. This role is only fit for Social Media Video Editors! As a Creative Editor, your responsibility will be to ideate, design, and produce creative assets across various marketing channels. About Us: We are ‘creativcells’ a Social Media Agency start-up providing a space for Creators, Brands, and Solopreneurs to scale up their businesses by standing out digitally. Responsibilities: – Research, conceptualize, and produce retro and quirky style videos. Incorporate team feedback gracefully into your work. Experiment with different versions of an edit, exploring multiple directions if needed. Awareness of what competitors are doing in video and staying one step ahead. Should be proficient with Motion Graphics for both short and long-form content. Identify emerging design trends and maintain brand standards and style. Edit social media posts, reels, and Teasers for marketing channels. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Design. Proficient in using Adobe Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing. Basic communication skills and experience in proofreading. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.  Ability to think creatively and problem-solve when faced with new challenges.
