SYNOPSIS:

Cosa Nostra is a crime drama feature told through four different perspectives. Antonio, the son of a mob boss, and the chosen successor. Verona, a widowed drug addict. Charlie, a jazz saxophonist; and Tom and Jimmy, two naive students, who join the mob hoping for a life of glamour. The stories intertwine with one another, with focus on the mafia family led by Maria Moriano.

PAID ($100/Day), Non-Union, Self-Funded, Indie, Low Budget
SHOOTING DATES: 2 Day Shoot. The exact dates are TBA but for now Jan 27th-28th

FILMING LOCATION: GTA and close by

CHARACTERS:

ANTONIO MORIANO (Male, Age 25-35, Italian or at least half Italian)

Antonio is the son of Maria Moriano, the head of the Moriano crime family and her chosen successor.

CHARLIE (Male, Age 25-35, Any Ethnicity)

Charlie is a jazz saxophone player and Antonio’s best friend. Knowing about all the struggles Antonio is facing he tries offering him a helping hand.

Instructions: add a video of you playing the saxophone (preferably a jazz song).

VERONA (Female, Age 25-35, Any Ethnicity)

Verona is a drug addict, who suffers to cope with the loss of her young daughter.

FRANK (Male, Age 50-70, Italian or part Italian)

Frank is a ruthless mobster and the right-hand man of Maria Moriano.

SOFIA FARNESE (Female, Age 25-35, Italian)

Sofia is the daughter of Carmine Farnese, an Italian mob boss. She is engaged to Antonio Moriano.
