This position will support DWR Media Manager and Creative Content Producer. Handle the storage and organization of all footage, projects files, designing and animating graphics for videos, and working with the larger Outreach Department to edit engaging, performance-driven video content for various platforms. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: high school degree, 3+ years’ experience in professional video editing, sound design, motion graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency, digital agency, production house or similar setting. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant tools. Experience working on a variety of content types, such as promotional videos, social media content, animations, explainer videos, and public service announcements. Additional Considerations Strong video editing skills and use of motion graphics and skill to fully export finished video productions. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and resolutions, as well as the ability to optimize videos for different platforms and devices. Self-motivated, hard-working, and works well against deadlines. Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio displaying video editing and motion graphics capabilities.
