Job Description: We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate graphic designer to be part of our digital marketing team. Responsibilities: Graphic Designing and Video Editing. Social Media content creation such as posts, carousels, reels, stories and other formats. Ability to design graphics for different domains as per client requirements and the latest trends. Ability to suggest design ideas that can boost sales for products or services. Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics. Create and edit video pieces and input graphics and sound to enhance footage, which may include selecting music and writing voice-overs. Coordination and Delivery: Coordinate content deliverables with other team members/clients as necessary. Proofread content to ensure it meets expected quality and requirements. Coordinate with the clients for deliverables as necessary. Ensure consistency of brand guidelines, styles etc. Develop content plan/calendar. Manage content deliverables in multiple projects. Respond timely to correction requests and resubmit the deliverables. Experience: Must have at least one year of experience in graphic designing, and video editing. Experience as a Motion graphics designer. Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing. Experience using graphic designing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator Experience using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Power Director or other tools. Creative mind and storytelling skills. Must have experience in content creation. Experience working in a team environment Experience in working with various niches. Good knowledge of various Social Media platforms, Forums, Community Participation, etc. Must have skills: Understanding of digital marketing Excellent communication and presentation skills Adaptive design eye and skill Strong ability to develop a marketing strategy Good analytical and problem-solving skills Eye for detail and passion for quality Research Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Performance Bonus Annual Bonus Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Desirable).
