We do things differently. There’s no corporate nonsense, no old-fashioned hierarchy, and no micro-management (nope!).  We are a collective of young(ish) entrepreneurs running an advertising agency in the heart of Birmingham. We are self-starters who get stuff done and pull together as a squad to achieve big things. What we do? We work with e-commerce brands around the world from Malta to Malaysia, helping to scale their businesses through creative-led and data-driven social media marketing campaigns. We work with multiple 7 figure brands from a colourful variety of sectors including health, beauty, sportswear, fashion, kids toys and more. The role? A Motion Graphics Designer must have a passion for visual design, love to create and have an eye for things that POP. Here’s an overview of the day-to-day: Producing well edited content for social media campaigns in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for e-commerce brands in various sectors Visual storytelling through edits that paint a picture to customer about what our clients do Actively participating in contributing creative ideas to our Production Team and Influencer Marketing Team. Delivering edits on time, budget and on spec as required Building and utilising branded animation templates whilst working to brand guidelines set by our clients Researching and implementing new creative best practices for our agency What superpowers should you have? A proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro An understanding of key-framing to animate text, assets and transitions Audio tuning and basic colour-correction Strong visual storytelling skills An eye for what looks ‘right’ on social media Able to self teach from Google and Youtube when you get stuck Receptive to mentorship and self improvement Experience as a camera operator would be ideal but not essential Experience with Photoshop and Lightroom would be ideal but not essential Please provide a portfolio of your previous work as part of your application.
