Engaging and Innovative Production Assistant for Feature Film

INVENTION STUDIOS is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team for the upcoming feature film ‘POP’. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production team and ensuring the smooth operation of the film set.

Responsibilities:
– Assist with various pre-production tasks, such as scheduling, script note-taking, and organizing production materials
– Coordinate and manage on-set logistics, including equipment setup, transportation, and catering
– Assist in the coordination of extras and background actors during filming
– Help maintain a clean and organized set environment
– Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing paperwork and coordinating with vendors
– Provide general support to the production team as needed

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Production Assistant or related role is preferred
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with film production procedures and equipment
– Flexibility to work long and irregular hours as needed
