Film Production Assistant

DI BONAVENTURA PICTURES and STOWAWAY HOLDINGS, LLC are seeking a highly organized and motivated Film Production Assistant to join our team for the upcoming feature film ‘PLANE 2: STOWAWAY’. This is an active development project produced by acclaimed producers Lorenzo di Bonvaventura, Marc Butan, Alan Siegel, Gerard Butler, and Mark Vahradian.

As a Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the production team throughout all stages of the filmmaking process. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

– Assisting with administrative tasks such as organizing schedules, managing paperwork, and coordinating logistics.
– Providing assistance on set, including setting up equipment, assisting with props, and ensuring a smooth production workflow.
– Supporting the cast and crew by ensuring they have what they need, assisting with costume changes, and maintaining a clean and organized production environment.
– Assisting with production errands, including runs to pick up supplies and equipment as needed.
– Upkeeping production documentation, including call sheets and production reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Previous experience in film production or a related field is preferred, but not required.
