As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process and ensuring the smooth running of the set. Responsibilities:
– Assisting with various administrative tasks, including creating and distributing documents, organizing schedules, and managing communications
– Supporting the production crew on set, setting up equipment, and ensuring everything is ready for filming
– Handling logistics, such as coordinating transportation and accommodations for cast and crew
– Assisting with casting, location scouting, and other pre-production tasks
– Maintaining inventory of props, costumes, and other production materials
– Providing assistance during post-production, such as organizing files and coordinating editing processes

Requirements:
– Prior experience in a production assistant role or similar position preferred
– Knowledge of film production processes and terminology
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask
