Production Assistant

Equinox Dream Project and Fast Runner Films Inc. are currently seeking a highly motivated Production Assistant for the upcoming short film, ‘The Fast Runner’. This gritty drama tells the story of Frida, an angry young Jewish girl who defies the community Rabbi and challenges the neighborhood German policeman in her efforts to protect her community from the rising Nazi regime. The Production Assistant will work closely with the production team to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day operations on set. Responsibilities include assisting with pre-production tasks, coordinating equipment and props, managing the production schedule, and supporting the cast and crew throughout the filming process. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Prior experience in film production is preferred but not required.
