Production Assistant

We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our team for the upcoming feature film ‘Desert Dawn’. As the Assistant to the Producer, you will be responsible for supporting the production team in various tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

Responsibilities:
– Assisting the producer with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating logistics
– Arranging and organizing meetings, screenings, and casting sessions
– Managing and maintaining production documents and files
– Assisting with talent and crew coordination
– Handling equipment rentals and maintaining inventory
– Assisting with on-set production needs as directed
– Providing general assistance to the production team

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a production assistant or similar role in the film industry
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Knowledge of production processes and industry practices
– Familiarity with production software and tools
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
