Production Coordinator – Angels in the Rye Feature Film

Polk Motion Pictures LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator for our upcoming feature film, Angels in the Rye. This is a full-time position based in Chicago – Wisconsin.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the producer in planning and organizing production schedules and budgets
– Coordinate communication between various departments and ensure smooth workflow
– Arrange logistics for filming, including arranging transportation, accommodations, and permits
– Maintain production documents and files, including call sheets and shot lists
– Assist in casting and scheduling talent
– Oversee the distribution of scripts and filming equipment

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in the film industry
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Proficient in production software and applications
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA agreements and regulations is a plus
