Photo and Video Producer

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the production process from the pre-production to post-production phases of COTTONCITIZEN’S Editorial, Campaign and Ecomm photo and video shoots including: (estimates, contracts, budgets, pre- and post-production, talent, staff and any necessary resources required to execute each shoot)
• Manage all shoot budgets including providing pre-production estimates to Creative Directors for pitching ideas
• Book Photographers, Hair, Makeup, Stylists, and Prop Stylists
• Coordinate model castings and bookings
• Source locations and secure permitting
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with outside vendors (photo agencies, brands, talent agencies, etc.)
• Manage post-production process and delivery of video and photo assets
• Participate in ideation of campaigns, location, shoot concepts, etc. and pitch new ideas

What You’ll Have:

• 2 + years’ experience in shoot production in the fashion space
• Exceptional project management skills, can work independently and can plan and prioritize work
• Excellent creative thinking and problem solving
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Keynote, etc., required to build, deliver, and manage shoot production budget and boards
• Excellent organizational skills and incredible attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and provide self-direction
• Have a broad network of contacts in the fields of fashion
• Experience with contract negotiation and basic contract drafting a plus
