NY PA NEEDED FOR TWO DAY EVENT

Black Valley Films is hosting a screening event of our newest film at the UN General Assembly High-Level Week. We are looking for a PA for the 17th and 19th (September 2023) to help. On the 17th we need someone to hand out postcards during the Walk the Talk event in Central Park and drop off the remaining postcards post-walk to an apartment front desk. Then, during the screening event at the NYU main hospital, to come pre-screening to help set up, run the guest list as people arrive, check them in, and film/photograph the event for our social media.
