You will chronicle our lead agent’s daily activities, manage video shows and create supplemental content. You must have a keen sense of video creation, editing, and production to create quality content as well as organization skills to manage video show scheduling and execution. We want someone who has a creative mind that understands what the audience is interested in and can direct our content.

Responsibilities

* Capture high-quality video and photos both on the go and schedule

* Schedule and manage video show production

* Edit and produce long-form videos

* Repurpose long-form content to short-form media

* Post and manage influencer’s social media channels

Qualifications

* Operate camera, audio, and lighting equipment used to produce high-quality, digital media

* Ability to manage and schedule video production as well as direct the talent

* 3 years of experience in Adobe Premiere, Pro Editing, and content creation required

* Availability to work nights and weekends when necessary

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
