CASTING CALL FOR A SHORT FILM
Title: The Landlord
Logline: After getting kicked out of his own house, a mischievous landlord resorts to breaking into a couple’s house using the spare key he has and ultimately driving a wedge between them.
Synopsis: The landlord is a single location dramedy that follows the trials and tribulations of Doug, a landlord who’s wife kicked him out of the house and now left with no option, decides to break into one of his tenant’s house using the spare key he has. He’d break in when they’re at work and then leave before they get back from work.
Genre: Comedy, Drama
Pay Type: Unpaid but we will be providing meals. Credit will also be included.

We are looking for actors to fill the role of the wife and the husband.
Husband: Mid 20s and up. Must be able to portray range of emotions such as confusion, anger
Wife: About the same age as the husband. Must be able to portray range of emotions such as resentment, shock
This is a non-union, ultra low budget film. A self-funded passion project that would be perfect for anyone looking to add to their portfolio.
