We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Videographer/Video Producer to join our team and support our government contracting operations. Job Summary: As the Videographer/Video Producer, the candidate will play a critical role in leading and supporting federal customers with video shoots, recording, editing, and production needs. With a focus on state-of-the-art approaches and methodologies, the candidate will lead video projects for a variety of delivery platforms such as websites, social media, presentations, YouTube, etc. Responsibilities: Develop videos and animations for podcasts, social media posts, and other interactive media. Film interviews, events, and feature videos for website and social media content. Edit pre-recorded speeches to create sound bites and videos for external distribution. Manage live-streams and recordings to be shared over social media and other video feeds. Utilize the best available technology for filming, editing, and effects to create high quality multimedia products. Plan video shoots and scout locations when possible. Develop production schedules and participate in editing process. Assist in the development of scripts and storylines. Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production. Provide support to special projects, as needed. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in film, media, management, or a related field. Minimum 10+ years of experience with professional videography and video production Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion, and computer-generated animation. A creative storyteller with presentation abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer requirements to formulate shoot plans. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with customers and company leadership at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing video production team. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in film, media, management, or a related field. 7 years of experience with professional videography and video production for media events, advertising, or marketing communications campaigns.
