Job Position(s): Creative Specialist (Photographer/Videographer)

A Creative Specialist (CS) is responsible for the in-field production of our real estate marketing solutions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to photography, videography, 3D scanning, floorpans, aerial drone operation, file management, social media shoot directing and etcetera. They are expected to have strong communication skills, great listening, detail obsessive, and excel in time management. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Complete high quality PHOTO, VIDEO, DRONE, and 3D MATTERPORT Real Estate, design, and Architectural services on-site for clients. Direct and film social media shoots with cellphone and gimbal. Lead small lifestyle photography shoots. ● Upload footage and communicate properly any and all applicable field notes to respective team members. ● Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner. ● Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes ● Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments. ● Participate in training and development opportunities. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: ● Refined DSLR photography, videography, gimbal and drone operation skills. ● Professional etiquette, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills is a must. ● Must be able to transition, come up with ideas, and work collaboratively with clients at the time of the shoot. ● FAA Part 107 Drone License HIGHLY preferred. Valid Driver’s License. ● Adobe Creative Suite fluency. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: ● High school diploma or equivalent ● At least 1 year of experience in professional or independent creative contracting work ● MUST have a portfolio to share WORK LOCATION & HOURS MAKE YOUR OWN AVAILABILITY This is a REMOTE part-time (20-30 hours per week) hourly.
