Job description Looking for someone in Schaumburg, IL, or North Chicago area and surroundings to capture homes through photography and videography for purchase by homeowners and real estate agents. We will train the photographer with all the services Duties/Responsibilities: Accept shoots with local real estate agents and homeowners. Perform photograph, video, and drone duties at homes, apartments, and commercial properties to our guidelines Travel daily to scheduled shoots within assigned territory Upload content to dropbox Keep in contact with clients in order to confirm shoot details Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Requirements Must have/ be willing to get FAA Certification and to operate a drone. Must to learn to operate a DSLR camera MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL. Reliable internet connection Have a driver’s license and reliable vehicle Smartphone (for directions and access to your schedule)-Laptop Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $20.00 – $80.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Willingness to travel: 100% (Required) Work Location: On the road
