Chitra Productions is seeking an experienced videographer to support a government client in the National Capitol Region. Videographer shall have a minimum of five years of experience in video journalism. They shall have a minimum of five years of experience and knowledge in coordination of strategic approaches to capture applicable activities; writing of broadcast scripts; editing of video to produce professional broadcast-ready products; lighting and shooting video of significant activities and interviews. Must have the specialized experience and expertise to operateall necessary equipment and to create, write and edit video products. This includes filming interviews, scriptdevelopment, and capturing b-roll for video packages as well as directing/guiding subject matter experts toensure the best possible products. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Special Qualifications: · At a minimum, a four-year degree in journalism or radio/television/film, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, and 5-10 years of specialized experience is required. · Ability to professionally operate television broadcast cameras; microphones; lighting kits; and all other field production equipment.
