WHO WE ARE Paradigm Escape Rooms is Rhode Island’s newest Escape Room facility which opened in May 2023 with two games: The Mummy and Da Vinci’s Test. Our game rooms are fully immersive and highly technical “Generation 2” Escape Rooms that have been designed to provide captivating and seamless gameplay to our customers. THE JOB In addition to our 5 Game Masters, we are seeking a Host. The host is a storyteller who is responsible for greeting guests, explaining to them the rules, and captivating them with the stories of our rooms. Additional responsibilities include scheduling bookings, taking parments, cleaning, and assisiting the game masters with resetting the rooms. We are seeking 1 enthusiastic individual to work part time who can commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week. Shifts would be Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons/nights. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Detailed room resets and ensuring functionality for optimum experience for the customer. – Educating customers about our escape rooms, booking online reservations, and tailoring solutions to their needs. – Communicating with customers via phone and email support. – Providing technical and troubleshooting support on issues that might come up and being resourceful and forward thinking. – Responding to customer emails by using appropriate and professional language. -Cleaning and maintenance of facility – Other duties as assigned.
