The videographer works closely with the rest of the marketing team to create high-quality promotional content that will represent Landmark Recovery’s mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Edit video, graphics, and photo content using Adobe Creative Suite software Produce video projects from start to finish – from story boarding to postproduction and editing Write/edit/create graphic slates within videos Produce and/or pull clips from video database Source, curate, edit, create, and manage visual content for video publishing Adhere to branding guidelines – Maintain messaging and branding consistency across online platforms Collaborate with marketing team and social media coordinator to develop projects Ensure videos are accessible to a wide range of viewers. (Ex. hearing impaired) Maintain a current understanding of video software Utilize discretion and good judgement in representing the company while interfacing with patients, medical staff, coworkers, and the broader community Operate and maintain company video/audio equipment Contribute to the company’s overall videography strategy and direction by assisting in the creation and implementation videos to differentiate products and services in the market, drive product demand, and support the growth and expansion of the company’s products and services Complete projects and tasks in a timely manner to support the achievement of the overall company business objectives Contribute to writing, editing, and proofing of marketing materials. Up to 20% Travel required Must be able to pay for travel expenses with a personal credit card prior to travel, with reimbursement to follow Complete special projects as assigned Note: This position necessitates using social media to fulfill its official duties and responsibilities. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 2 years’ experience working in film/video production preferred COMPUTER SKILLS: Adobe Creative Suite Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other creative suite programs preferred Microsoft 365 proficiency required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
